Textbook Rental as Alternative to Buying
My father has been the most practical person I know. He would always tell me to save money and look for more practical alternatives like for example when buying books. He told me that buying books I needed for school was a kind of waste since after reading all them, I would just store them inside our house and never again it will be read. He told me to just photocopy the book or borrow from a friend because those are more practical alternatives than spending so much money for something that you would eventually just store after you are done with it. Because my parents are also earning a little money, I have decided to follow my father’s advice and I no longer spend so much of my allowance just for a brand new book. Now that I am entering college, I have decided to Rent Textbooks that I need as sources.
A friend told me about a website that offers Textbook Rental services and so I was very glad to know about it. I went immediately to that site and showed it to my dad because every book I need was there and the cost of renting is much less and I have more discount since I would rent seven books. My father was glad for the alternative I looked. He told me to rent the books right away and so I did. The books were shipped after a few days and I was happy to see that they all look like brand new books.
